Everything in life has a pattern – our own lives are filled with patterns.Patterns give us a feeling of familiarity and safety, even when they are wrong for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps we repeat the patterns we seek to avoid, that somewhere in the universe, there is a trail of past memories that pull us back for resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If only we could step outside of them, observe the sequence and stop repeating them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
